Six Foods That Keep You YOUNG

No one likes to feel him/herself old. But everyone has to live the time, when he/she becomes worry about his/her look.

But there are many foods that keep you young for long time. The right food according to your age keeps your immune system and obesity in acceptable limits. These foods also keep old-age symptoms like white hair and wrinkles away from you.

These foods include the followings….

1. Coffee:

A cup of coffee daily, keeps you active throughout the day. It also prevents the skin cancer and keeps the wrinkles away from your face and body.


2. Watermelon:


This fruit is rich in lycopene an antioxidant. This chemical gives the red color to tomatoes and watermelon. This chemical also saves the human skin from the harsh radiation of sun and keeps the skin shiny. According to a research there is 40% more lycopene in watermelon as compared to tomatoes. So watermelon has great ability to protect your skin from harshness of weather.


3. Pomegranate:

The seeds of pomegranate are rich in antioxidant and vitamin C. Both these ingredients are very useful for skin care. Vitamin C keeps the skin healthy and lowers down the wrinkles and dryness of skin. Other ingredients of pomegranate also protect the skin from harmful radiations.


4. Blueberries:

Blueberries contain vitamin C and E. These vitamins keep the skin fair. Both of these vitamins also combat with the dark circles on face.

5. Green Vegetables:

Green vegetables like Spinach are rich in carotene. This substance protects the skin cells and also maintains required amount of moisture in them. Spinach is also beneficial in maintaining the blood pressure.


6. Mushrooms:

Mushrooms contain an element Selenium, which has the capacity to protect the skin from harmful radiation coming from Sun. Mushrooms also maintain the balance of Copper and Iron in our body. This balance prevents the white hair and therefore keep old-age symptoms away from you.
